Deposit Policy:
- Deposit of $50 per room per night is required, payable to Lynda Hancock.
- There is a 2 night minimum policy on MOST weekends.
- Credit card information is taken to guarantee your reservation, however, on departure, payment is accepted in cash or cheque only.

Cancellation policy:
- More than 7 days - re-booking fee of $25 per room night booked.
- Less than 7 days, payment in full is required. If we are able to re-fill the room(s), we will only charge the re-booking fee of $25 per room night booked.
- Departures prior to your planned date will be charged 1 extra night.
